The well-received Entrepreneurship Academy launched by the Technology Transfer Office in 2010 will be back in March. This practical workshop series provides an introduction to the theory and practice of entrepreneurship, with an aim to encourage our researchers and students thinking about real-world applications of turning their ideas and research into real businesses.

This time, all RPG students who have completed Entrepreneurship Academy by attending all the eight meetings will have this recognized in their transcripts.

The first session of the workshop will take place on March 19, 2014. There will be a total of eight meetings. We have invited seasoned practitioners and academics to share their knowledge in finance, angel investing, intellectual property protection, tips, resources and tools for entrepreneurial success. Light refreshments will be provided after each seminar with the opportunity for informal discussions and networking.
