An exhibition was jointly organized with General Education Unit to showcases the latest technology innovations from our professors in the Faculties of Engineering, Medicine and Science, presenting promising solutions to improve quality of life for a better future. The exhibition was held at Ground Floor, Chi Wah Learning Commons, and Centennial Campus where six research projects were displayed during the period from 26 January to 4 February 2016.

Dr. Angela Leung Yee Man, Assistant Professor of School of Nursing, was invited to share her research project on “Diabetes Risk Score Smartphone App” on 3 February 2016 at CPD-2.42, 2nd Floor, Centennial Campus. In this seminar, Dr. Leung discussed how she came up with this research idea, the development of this mobile app, the challenges her team encountered, and how this app help to educate people to increase the awareness of the risk of diabetes and promote the health lifestyles.
