Entrepreneur First runs a six-month programme that helps the most talented and ambitious individuals build startups from scratch. The programme has helped build over 140 companies, valued at more than USD$1.5 billion — including Magic Pony Technology, which was acquired by Twitter for $150 million.
Entrepreneur First is a talent investor that funds exceptional individuals to build their own tech companies at a very early stage. Entrepreneur First was recently backed by Reid Hoffman, founder of LinkedIn, who lead a $12m investment in EF, alongside Lakestar and the founders of Google DeepMind.
Jessica is part of the growing team that set up Entrepreneur First ( in HK, and helps individuals build deep tech companies from scratch.
Prior to this, she held a variety of roles at Nest ( as an early employee sourcing and investing in early stage tech, as well as running corporate accelerator programmes in HK, Singapore and Bangkok. She’s built and launched an equity crowdfunding platform, Investable, and started her career in digital marketing at Jamie Oliver Ltd and Founders Forum in the UK.
Jessica contributes regularly to the growing startup ecosystem in the region, most recently leading Hong Kong’s first Startup Next (Techstars) pre-accelerator programme.
