Dr. Li Chun An, Associate Dean of The Beijing Institute of Collaborative Innovation (BICI) was invited to give an introduction on BICI and their Research Funding Scheme. He also explained the Proposals for BICI HK Collaborative Research Program and the application arrangement. In this session, our academics and researchers learnt more about this fund opportunity for bringing the university technologies into market.
